Hospital Visit Training Sessions

Pastor Emily is taking a sabbatical this summer, and Pastor Eric’s is next year. That will make it difficult to visit members who are hospitalized or in rehab. There’s nothing like a pastoral visit when you’re ailing, but the next best thing might be a friendly face from your church family.

Stephen Ministers have been trained to establish ongoing supporting relationships, but some of that training applies to one-off visits as well. We (Stephen Leaders) are offering a 90-minute training program to equip you to visit on behalf of FCC. We anticipate that each trained visitor will rarely be called on, and you can specify the locations you’re willing to visit.
