Kim Ramos, RN and Health Coach will lead an afternoon workshop to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your whole self—heart, soul, strength, and mind.
Using The Living Compass Model we’ll explore aspects of our wellbeing, such as relationships, emotional health, spirituality, rest, physical care, resilience, organization, and vocation, we begin to see how these areas influence one another and shape our overall sense of wellness Come check in with yourself, review your sense of well-being, and renew your commitment to self-care.
