Step-by-step guide for iOS and Android devices

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad

  2. Search for ‘Realm Connect’ in the search bar

  3. Look for the app by ACS Technologies

  4. Tap ‘Get’ or the download icon

  5. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or password

  6. Wait for the app to download and install

  2. Search for ‘Realm Connect’ in the search bar

  3. Look for the app by ACS Technologies

  4. Tap ‘Install’

  5. Accept the app permissions

  6. Wait for the app to download and install

Requires iOS 13.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Requires Android 6.0 or later. Available on smartphones and tablets.

Setting Up the App

First-time setup after downloading

Open the Realm App

Tap the Realm icon on your home screen to launch the app.

Enter Your Church Code

Enter your church’s unique code when prompted. Contact the church office if you don’t have it.

Sign In

Use the email and password you created when accepting your Realm invitation.

Enable Notifications

Allow notifications to receive important updates from the church (optional but recommended).

Managing Notifications

Control what alerts you receive

 

You can customize your notification preferences to receive alerts about events, announcements, groups, and more. To manage notifications:

Open the Realm app and tap on your profile icon

Select “Settings” or “Notifications”

Toggle notifications on/off for different categories

Save your preferences
